 I had the pleasure of working with Dawn when we both were employed by Alegis Care/Cigna. At the time, she was working on her PHR, working her HR duties, as well as working along with Cigna/HealthSpring HR Dept. to integrate Alegis into the Cigna/HealthSpring world. Never skipped a beat, never lost sight of her goals as well as the employee and company’s goals, and never lost the smile from her face no matter how difficult things were getting. I would recommend Dawn for any PHR role as she is hard-working and reliable co-worker with excellent people skills. Fair as well as compassionate, and always the professional. 

Dawn was involved with a company that is a member of one of my Captives she fully supported making changes that would help her company control injuries, accidents and the associated costs. Dawn activity participated in in Risk Control Workshops and Event Learning Calls. She also developed a strong relationship with her Loss Control Consultant and would actively pursue ways to improve employee hiring/screening practices and employee training. She was also very active in managing claims once they occurred, focusing on making sure injured employees received proper medical care and rehabilitation.

It was a pleasure working with Dawn, and her openness to exploring new ideas for controlling exposures and protecting her employees, was refreshing

I  have had the opportunity to partner with Dawn as a staffing vendor. Dawn has an extremely unique quality that I have rarely seen in my clients.  I worked closely with Dawn to help improve her company’s safety program. Dawn was excellent to work with due to her responsiveness, attentiveness to detail, and ability to help drive engagement not only from an employee level, but also from a management standpoint. She was able to quickly perform & satisfy requirements put on her and always displayed an extra sense of urgency when requests were asked of her. Dawn also showed excellent skill in coordinating events, such as safety training sessions, at locations away from her primary office.
